Calories : 1802. Mini Twix bar did not help (98 cals).
Exercise : 30+ mins running.
Been slacking a bit with my reporting. Not touched the scales recently but it won't be good news. Finally cracked with the exercise and went out for a run yesterday; the first for 3 weeks. Felt quite lethargic - hardly surprising - and just plodded round. Bit nippy too at an autumnal +6C so I replaced shorts with track-suit bottoms. Still a bit underdressed though.
Back tomorrow if I remember. Enthusiasm a bit low-ebb.

Just to enthuse you, in Winter you can lose weight a little easier, as the cold weather makes the body use up more of its reserves. It won't do to replace them with lots of sweeties though. However, you are allowed treats within your usual cal intake...not out of it. (Easier said than done).

To cheer you up, I had a wee pig out today, on twiglets and some potato salad.
Tonight is definitely stir fry and a small quantity of egg-fried rice with one egg. It's a small amount because the rice was in the pan covered with water waiting to be cooked...it was surplus to requirements for a meal hubby made and was not cooked till this morning, by me. I did not add to it.
