OK, here we go again with a summary of yesterday (Saturday) :

Calories : 1686 and no naughties.

Exercise : 30+ mins running.

Good start but we already have a couple of problems today. It has snowed quite heavily for the last couple of hours and cycling and running are completely out of the question here. Heaviest snow for some years I would say. Very pretty; very unexpected. Also, I had forgotten that we are going out as a family to a restaurant for Sunday Lunch today. I shall have to be on maximum calorie alert if I am not to trip up on the second day of my renewed resolve - assuming we can even reach the restaurant, that is.
