Not a lot to report, folks. Yesterday, you may have noticed, was actually quite warm out and Spring seems to have arrived at last. Managed 3 runs and a bike ride since last report and, as far as exercise is concerned, I am quite pleased with progress. Not so good with the food side of things and am averaging 1850 cals per day when my target is 1700. But not a disaster.
So rather than blather on here I am off out on my bike.
