First, a quick summary of yesterday (Tuesday) :
Calories : 2004. Once again, a sandwich or so too much but otherwise no naughties.
Exercise : 45 mins bike ride. I seem to be getting around faster these days.
Summat's happened this week and I cannot quite put my finger on it. Last week was so disciplined food-wise by comparison, whereas this week my weight-loss project seems to be almost a forgotten afterthought. I very nearly did not go out on my bike yesterday but I got leaned on by my dear Mrs CITF in the late afternoon with opportunity for adventure dwindling. I will be doing well not to gain weight this week the way things are going. Must concentrate more .. and not let myself down.
Oh dear. Only 72 hours to weigh-in !
